5 Ways to Manage Workplace Stress

We are always under all kinds of work stress unconsciously. 1. Take exercise

Regular exercise is a great way to manage stress. Continuous exercise helps to release endorphins and dopamine, which makes us feel happy and less stressed. It gives us the right and healthy way to express stress, control our emotions, and face the challenges of work.

2. Have a walk

3. Take a vacation

After the holiday, take a more positive attitude towards the work challenge!

4. Say “No” to bully

Workplace stress can also come from interpersonal relationships with colleagues. There are many cases of bullying causing mental stress and even leading to the risk of life. Therefore, it is important to be courageous to say “no” when we are bullied or unfairly treated in the workplace.
